Once registered please visit us at The Crown to activate and receive your card. A fee of $5 is required to activate the card. $5 will then be automatically credited to your card and can be used instantly. Please note that there may be times where it could take up to 48 hours for activation. In the event that this happens our team will ensure that any credits accrued after registration is added to your account.
Don’t forget to present your card every time you make a purchase at The Crown, or to be eligible for special deals and promotions. Unfortunately, we cannot process any credits accrued without the physical card. We cannot accept photos of the card. Also, you cannot give your friend your card to use; we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID if we suspect this.
